Age Requirements

The Myrtle Beach Resort is a family-oriented vacation destination. For a proper family vacation atmosphere, guests must be at least 23 years of age, or accompanied by parents. This is a Resort rule and there are no exceptions.

Bed Sizes

Our condominium has one queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. In addition, there is one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Our condo will sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children very comfortably.

Cancellation Policy

In the event it becomes necessary to cancel your reservation, refund of your advance deposit will be made, less a $30 processing fee, provided notice is received at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date.

Check-In/Check-out

You will check in and check out with Myrtle Beach Management, our rental agents and management company. They are located nearby the Resort and will be there for all of your needs during your stay. Check in time is 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM. You can arrange to pick up your keys off-hours by contacting the rental company ahead of time.

Cleaning Costs

Departure cleaning is required between stays. Although most condominiums charge extra for this service, the price of this service is included in our rates.

Deposits

A deposit is required in order to secure a reservation. The deposit is applied towards the final cost, with the balance due no later than one week prior to check in. Deposits are $200 or 1/2 of total rental, whichever is less. Deposits are refundable, less a $30 reservation fee if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to check in.

Internet Service

Wireless Internet is available at no additional cost. You will need to bring your own computer having a wireless network capability to take advantage of this free service.

Furnishings

Our condominium is professionally decorated and furnished with your comfort in mind. It is equipped with central air and heat, Cable TV Service, 3-TVs (master bedroom, second bedroom, and living room), VCR, DVD player, vacuum cleaner, microwave, toaster, blender, range, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, disposal, and coffee maker. We also provide a full array of coordinated kitchen utensils, dinnerware, and cookware.

Linens

Beds will be made prior to your arrival. Bath towels, wash cloths, and kitchen towels are also supplied. Although most condominiums charge extra for this service, the price of this service is included in our rates. Pillows and blankets are also kept in ample supply.

Damage Policy

Our cleaning staff is very thorough in cleaning and inspecting the units prior to your arrival. In the event that any issues are found, guests are expected to report those to the rental office immediately after check in. Guests assume all responsibility/liability for damages occuring during their stay and may be charged after departure if any such damage is found.

Occupancy Limits

Our condo features the largest floor plan of all of the 2 bedroom condos at the Myrtle Beach Resort. It will sleep up to 4 adults and 2 children very comfortably. Due to weight limits of our sleeper sofa mechanism, we cannot accommodate parties of 6 adults.

Due to South Carolina Fire Code, we cannot accommodate parties greater than this number. For larger parties, we can arrange for an additional unit close to ours if you reserve early.

Pet Policy

The Resort does not permit pets of any type beyond the security gate. There are kennels available in Myrtle Beach should you wish to bring your pet.

Smoking Policy

For the comfort of all of our guests, smoking is not allowed inside the condominium. Smoking is also not allowed anywhere within the building itsef. A $150 fee will be assessed if housekeepers detect smoking odor and have to perform a deep clean as a result.

Payment

We accept checks, money orders, or online payment options. A deposit is due at the time of a reservation request and final payment is due no later than one week prior to check-in. We will invoice you for each. Reservations cannot be set up until a deposit is provided. Reservations whose final payment is not made on time are subject to cancellation.

Security Passes

The Myrtle Beach Resort offers 24-hour gated security protection for its guests. In order to gain access, you must be able to show a valid vehicle security pass. One pass is included in your rental price and will be provided upon check-in. Additional passes may be purchased at the Security Gate for a cost of $10 each.

Winter Rentals

Our condominium is available for long term Winter rentals from November through March. For a fraction of what you would pay for an apartment, the rental rates includes all utilities: water, cable TV, local telephone service, and monthly electricity service up to $100. One set of linens and bath towels are included. E-mail us if you are interested.
